MENU offers exchange or store credit for regular priced items that are unworn, with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. We do not do refunds and all Sale items are final sale.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
For exchanges or in-store credit MENU must be contacted by email email@example.com or phone 604.558.4737 for authorization, within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their exchange. Please ensure you have kept original tags attached, have the original receipt and the returning item is unworn. Once we receive the item back we will issue a store credit or ship out the item to be exchanged within 3 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed.
MENU will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages being returned. It is recommended that returns be made through a reliable courier, with a tracking number or traceable system.
MENU reserves the right to cancel any order. It is rare, most cancellations occur based upon lack of information, unverified shipping addresses, or fraudulent information. If an order is cancelled, please contact MENU 604.558.4737 or firstname.lastname@example.org to rectify the issue.
To purchase an item using an in-store credit, please call MENU 604.558.4737. We will process the credit for you and ship out your item.
MENU accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay or PayPal.
All prices online appear in Canadian Dollars.
Residents of B.C. will be charged GST & PST, Canadian residents outside of B.C. will be charged GST only.
Free shipping on Canada wide orders over $100. We also have curbside pickups available. Please note that we only ship orders within Canada.
Items purchased online are usually shipped within 48 hours. Purchases are sent using Canada Post.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please let us know if you require a signature for your order.
